REGISTRATION

You can register by clicking on MY EVENT and then click on the trip you are interested in. There you can register or print off theRegistration form and mail it in. We also offer over the phone registration by calling 417-338-4048 Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm (cst)

DEPOSITS - FINAL PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Deposits & Final Payments

A $75 per person refundable deposit is due at time ofregistration. Your final payment due date will vary, however willbe listed on the Registration Form & Website.

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted up to the final payment deadline.
90 Days prior to departure = Full refund
89-60 Days prior to departure = Less 20% Fee
59-30 Days prior to dpearture = Less 30% Fee
Cancellations received after the final payment deadline will be non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is purchased.

Travel Voucher

In the event the Traveler must cancel you may request a refundor a Travel Voucher for the full amount of what you have paid in.You may apply that voucher to any of our other adventures. AllTravel Vouchers must be used within a 12 month period.

Cancellation Protection Plan

Must be purchased per person no less than 30 days prior to departure date. The cost of Cancellation Protection Plan is non-refundable at any time. The Cancellation Protection Plan allows the person to cacel up to 48 hours prior to departure time no questions, with no fee. COST: $29.95 per person
